SAFETY DURING A NURSE VISIT

For this reason, we take all measures to ensure that you feel safe while you wait for the nurse to provide service.

In the appointment management system we use, each scheduled appointment is assigned a unique registration number as a visit ID. 

When the nurse leaves for the scheduled appointment, there is the option to send an SMS message to the mobile phone you provided to us. This message includes the name of the nurse who will be carrying out the visit and the appointment ID number, which only you and the nurse know.

All that remains to be done to safely open the door is to ask the nurse to tell you their name and the ID number of the specific visit.
