Returns policy
Although the description of our products is detailed and you can form a complete picture of the product, as we try to render the colors in the photos as accurately as possible, you may eventually find that it is not what you wanted upon delivery. In this case, www.ygeias-merimna.gr gives you the opportunity to return the product within eight (8) calendar days of receipt and replace it with another product of your choice. If the other product you chose is not available, we will refund the value of the product by depositing it into your bank account or the amount will be credited to be used in any new order you wish. The new shipment/replacement of the product is at the expense of the customer, regardless of the amount of their order, and is only done by courier or our transport partner (ELTA COURIER or INTRALINK). Defective products or an error in the order due to the fault of the company are an exception. If you wish to cancel part or all of your order after receiving the products, you can return the product or products within eight (8) calendar days and we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account. In the event of a refund, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product. The value of the cash on delivery and shipping is not refunded. All returns are made in the original condition of the product, without damage so that it can be sold again. We recognize that you will want to try the products to confirm whether they satisfy you. Taking this into account, please be careful not to damage the original packaging and not to cause damage to the products by trying them. The product must be returned with the accompanying material that was originally in the packaging (tags, pouches, etc.). The customer is obliged to immediately check the product received and to inform about any defect or damage during transportation on the day of receipt or at the latest the next day. After this time period, the customer accepts the product and any damage caused later is his responsibility. In case the above conditions are not met, the return is not accepted, the return costs are borne by the customer, for the re-sending of the products to his place, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their receipt. If you wish to cancel the order during the electronic order process, you can click "cancel" and the order process is automatically interrupted. After completing the online order and before shipping the products, contact us via www.ygeias-merimna.gr or by phone at 2313041364 and your order will be canceled immediately.
It is clarified that our products are hygienic and care must be taken in their use.
For hygiene reasons, our company does not accept returns on hygiene items, unless they are defective.
Returns are accepted for the purpose of replacing a defective product on promotional products. However, exchanges are not accepted.
